Buckhead's first, vertically stacked mixed-use tower will be located in the Tower Place development. 3344 Peachtree will stand 50-stories tall and feature the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group's flagship restaurant, additional retail space along Peachtree Street, 1,500 parking spaces, 509,000-SF of Class A office space, and 99 residential units on the top 21 floors. The building is expected to be completed in 2008.
