Located in the newly opened and much publicized Atlantic Station in midtown Atlanta, this 50-story tower will contain 400 residential units with an average size of 1,900-SF. The tower will rise above a 9-story podium containing retail and storage spaces in addition to assigned parking. When completed in 2009, The Atlantic is expected to be the tallest building in the Atlantic Station complex and one of the tallest residential towers in Atlanta.
