Donn A. Whitacre, AIA


As Project Manager, Donn leads project teams throughout the duration of projects, coordinates activities of the internal staff and outside consultants, directs team meetings, monitors project cost, schedule and quality of design and production documents. To keep projects on track Donn maintains day-to-day contact with the client.

Donn has successfully managed projects and construction contract administration for over thirty years. His vast project experience includes projects with budgets from thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars and allows him to anticipate project needs and quickly and effectively address issues. He has demonstrated these abilities with a broad range of project types including Mixed Use projects with Corporate Office, Medical Office, Multifamily, Retail and Hotel components. Repeat clients have relied on Donn for renovations, new construction and repurposing projects.
