Hojun, an Associate of the firm, joined Smallwood in 2005. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous projects with school systems in Georgia as well as commercial high-rise and mid-rise buildings, which provides the necessary knowledge of construction projects needed to complete the task. Hojun is a LEED® Accredited Professional and registered architect of the firm.
As Project Architect and Project Manager, Hojun is responsible for engaging all parties of projects as well as preparing and coordinating the contract documents. Hojun has nearly two decades of experience with various project types including public schools, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, office and mixed-use buildings.
Hojun has proved to be knowledgeable, hard working and responsive. He has always been willing to work together with all stakeholders to solve problems. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Hojun and Smallwood again. ”
