This mixed-use complex is anchored by three eight-story, 230,500-SF office building, 122 multi-family units, approximately 70,000-SF of retail space and an 800-car above-ground parking deck. This urban mixed-use project is located on Johnson’s Island, the historic Power Plant site, adjacent to Brown’s Island, fronting the Haxall Canal and the James River in downtown Richmond. It is the first mixed-use development along the newly renovated Haxall Canal and is an integral part of the city of Richmond’s Canal Walk Corridor.
