Marriott Hotel; an adjacent 19-story, 370,000-SF Office Building; a 127,000-SF expansion of the Lenox Square Retail Mall; three multi level parking decks for 3,000 cars; and a covered promenade extending as an atrium from Lenox Square Mall through the hotel and office lobby to a pedestrian link to the Lenox MARTA rail station.
