This 26-story hotel and residential tower is located in the newly developed Atlantic Station district and is the first property for this new boutique all-suites hotel brand. The facility includes a 101-key hotel, 404 residential units, separate club rooms for hotel guests and residences, a common fitness center, and a roof top “resort style” pool. The property also features a 5,000-SF dividable ballroom with adjacent exterior terraces that serve as additional break-out space for entertaining.
