3630 Peachtree is a 34-story, mixed use tower with retail, office and residential condominiums located at the corner of Peachtree and Peachtree Dunwoody Roads in the heart of Buckhead.
The project includes 425,000 SF of Class “A” commercial office space, 14,000 SF of street-level retail and two distinctive, open-air parking decks with a total of 1,500 spaces.
The office component of 3630 Peachtree includes 425,000 SF of rentable office space and 14,000 SF of street-level retail. Floors 1-17 of the 34 story building include Class "A" office space offering spectacular views of the downtown skyline as well as the surrounding treetops.
This building is one of only a few vertically-stacked leasable office and for-sale residential high-rises in the United States. These two major use groups are so disparate in their infrastructure and occupant requirements that the building completely changes structural, electrical, HVAC, life-safety and elevator systems at the transition between the two occupancies on the 18th floor. All of these transitions were accomplished without compromising the overall appearance and function of the structure.
