This is a mixed use development with GFA of 62,000 SM which occupies a site of 22,620 SM. The project consists of three key components: A five-star hotel with 451 keys GFA 38,800 SM, 99 serviced apartments GFA 10,655 SM and retail facility GFA 6,600 SM.
The project components are positioned to optimize the street frontage for retail. The hotel and serviced apartment, although further set in, are significantly larger masses with great exposure from the street. The hotel is 87 M tall while the serviced apartment is 67 M tall.
Architecturally, the elegantly curved façade provides an identity for the project while offering an expansive view for the hotel guests.
