Sheng Long Plaza is a mixed use development within the High-Speed Railway Station Commercial zone. It is comprised of a 375-key DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and two identical serviced apartment towers. The overall site area is 20,043 SM. The overall gross construction area is approximately 160,000 SM.
The DoubleTree is approximately 45,000 SM and each serviced apartment tower is approximately 34,000 SM. The hotel program includes guestrooms, food and beverage outlets, health and entertainment, conference, spa and back of house. The hotel height is 60 M and the serviced apartment towers height is 100 M. The three towers are joined by a four-story podium where it houses the hotel amenities and retail. The design is slick and modern featuring an all glass curtain wall with vertical fin elements to extend the perceived height of the tower. The two-level basement houses the hotel back-of-house, support areas and car parking.
