The project encompasses 76-keys, three executive bures (wood-and-straw huts), 16 two-bedroom bures, a spa, restaurants and bars overlooking the ocean.
Our approach was to create a breathtaking design that kept the Sofitel sophistication and introduced key features that referenced the French heritage of the brand.
The architectural forms are contemporary, and the local vernacular is acknowledged in the selection of materials and patterns with individual elements of French heritage underpinning the design. The result is to create an environment that is quirky, individual and unexpected. The SO/ Sofitel brand must be all these things, but the design must also have longevity. We have created a SO/ Sofitel resort that is unique and timeless.
