ITC Narmada

Ahmedabad, India

Interweaving the Golden Age of Classical Styling

The ITC Narmada is truly an iconic hotel in the “Grand’ tradition with a classic contemporary style. The design reflects the locale and its cultural vernacular of the ancient villages that surround the city.

Inspired by the Hindu Stepwell in the village of Adalaj, the stepping architecture of the walls and the decorative and intricate stone carvings provided a rich vein of patterns and textures. From public areas to guestrooms and suites, this unique heritage is subtly referenced to create a stunning hotel that is a landmark in the region.
