This corporate facility campus is located on a 25.95-acre site. Subject to a maximum allowable floor area ratio (FAR) of 2.0 and a maximum allowable ground coverage of 40%, the final total built up area for the master plan was 100,000 SM including corporate office facilities, associated ancillary facilities and amenities.The project includes three structured parking decks, a recruitment and training center, an academy facility, food service areas, academy residences and villas.
