Providing a highly amenitized office environment in the current office marketplace is important for many reasons. Ensuring that easily accessible exterior amenities are included in the package is an equally important rule of thumb. Smallwood’s Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture Teams worked closely to develop this rooftop oasis and collaborated closely with the client to ensure that its location and access would lead to a well-utilized amenity.

This 7,000 SF rooftop terrace includes a multifunctional plaza and stage, perimeter planters with lush greenery, a custom-designed permanent food truck, abundant outdoor seating, plus reservable heated and covered exterior conference rooms equipped with multipurpose technology for meetings and gaming sessions.
